Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include EU VAT. For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Pre-orders

A pre-order reserves your place in the queue. No payment is taken until the product is ready to ship. You may cancel a pre-order at any time by emailing hello@lydbro.com.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the EU and select countries outside the EU. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. You are responsible for the product once it has been delivered.

Returns

Every product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy, return it within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason or for no reason at all. Email hello@lydbro.com and send the product back to us, complete and in the original packaging if you still have it. We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You pay the return shipping.

This 30-day period is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer protection law you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, and nothing in our returns policy limits that right.

Warranty

All products carry a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Electronic products receive firmware updates for the lifetime of the product. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse or modification.

Limitation of liability

Lydbro products are designed to integrate with third-party systems. We are not responsible for changes to third-party hardware, software, or protocols that may affect compatibility. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish general courts or, for consumers, through the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
